Hill obviously would be better in the lockeroom.

He told coach Miles that if J. Hill is part of this class he wouldn't be. Hill is in and DB is out.

So can we take Jeremy Hill now?

Some say the reason Bourque would decommit is because Hill is a lock. So yes, we are getting him.

Bourque's voided scholly makes room for one of those five stars who've all been warming up to us lately.

but it's obvious that he didn't have the right attitude to be a successful team player at LSU.

How do you know this?

I would LOVE to have him. BUT, if the choice is Hill v Bouque, then Hill is the much better choice, IMO.

Simple as that. I wish DB nothing but the best.

I dont get it.

Considering he is worried about depth and LSU runs 3, sometimes even 4 RBs in a game, he'd never survive here.

Based on the rumors about how Hill tried to use LSU in his legal issues so he had a college to commit to, I'm not exactly high on him either. I remember they had strong rumors he wasn't going to end up at LSU until the legal problems happened.

He is not "scared". he simply used that as one criterion in selecting LSU. That is fair. He gets to choose where HE plays.

No reason to be upset with him or think poorly of him.

This was NOT unexpected and both he and LSU can do quite well with this decision.

Comments made by both him and his father in interviews. Wanting to be the only runningback in a class, not being willing to play any position but running back. Decommitting because a guy that was already supposed to be at the school he committed to is enrolling in January.

I didn't say he wouldn't be successful anywhere, I just said that his attitude is not conducive to him being successful at LSU. Obviously that is bearing out because he won't even come to LSU.

The kid is talented and would be an asset on the field if he brought a team oriented attitude. He can play multiple positions and contribute on special teams with his ability. But switching positions and efforting on special teams are all about the team concept, which he has not displayed thus far.

So you jump on Prom for saying shite about Bourque, then turn around and do the same to Hill?

Its a trade thats why. DB and his father have been throwing a fit since it became apparent that Hill was back on board. His wish/demand that he be the only RB just wasnt worth what we would be giving up.

We are civil about these things. Bama fans would just say he was "processed".
