Interesting tweet by 'Varsity Sports Now' on Bo Bordelon.
LINK
They list Bordelon at 6'6"; 285 lbs., but I'd guesstimate he's realistically in the 6'4.5" - 6'5"; 275-280 lbs. range. I remain higher on this kid than some, but what I don't believe to be debatable is the kid's work ethic. His physical development this last year has been impressive, and I'm starting to think this kid will show up to campus very close to the size required for SEC play (My guess would be 6'5", 290-295 lbs. by the summer of 2022).
Regardless of his physical development, I would assume that his true freshman season is dedicated to development. However, I like the kid's chances of making the 2-deep (and seeing meaningful snaps in some capacity) in year 2 and becoming a starter by year 3. Just my two cents.....
However it works out - hoping for the best for Bo Bordelon and betting he ends up having a successful career as an LSU O-Lineman.

Looking at pic from last year, and then that video, you can tell he's added 30 lbs. Great to see him working his arse off. He's the perfect #4,5 oline in a big class. Wants to be here more then alot of the elite kids, and will work his arse off to prove he's worth it.
Didn't realize there was a freshman bordelon, already 6'4 240. Lawd

Yep, I’ve heard speculation that he may have a bit more God-given talent than Bo and that he’s projected to be highly sought-after collegiate prospect.
Believe he’s a freshman in 2021, so there’s a good while to go before college

I wish I was required to gain 30 lbs. I’d enjoy it.

That link is for the older brother (Bo). He has a younger brother who is a freshman at Newman now. That what he was referencing above.

As Rod pointed out above, my comment about the “freshman” was in reference to Bo Bordelon’s younger brother, Brett (who is a freshman in HS at Newman this year)

Saw him walking around Nola not long ago. Dude is massive and I’d bet he is easily the 6’6” and every bit of 280 now.

Ponchatoula has a very stout D-Line. Will get to see what he has very early on this year

His build reminds me alot of another local product from Brother Martin that went to Michigan, Adam Kraus. Adam played TE in high school, played basketball, and prob about 6'5-6'6. He ended up very near 300 and pretty solid, played center and guard, 2 time all B1G. The only difference in build is that Adam had tree trunks so he really just needed to fill in the upper half. Bo will need to fill in his lower half more than Adam did.

Bo is not only strongly committed to being an LSU tiger, but strongly committed to being a great LSU tiger. Bo will be a stud. His dad was a stud and truly committed to LSU and is still committed to LSU. This family bleeds purple and gold.

His Dad was the same way back in the day. Ben really grew between Jr. and Sr. year then between Sr. in High School and Fr. year at LSU.

We've got to watch both of them grow as athletes in the last 4-5 years. It's been fun seeing their progression. I think Bo was 11 when we played our season-ending baseball tournament in Destin. As a pitcher, kid was already throwing around 70mph. He starts the game on the mound and strikes out the first 12 kids in a row in less than 40 pitches...
Wish nothing but the best for both of them.
