Relationship with LSU coaches and recruiters
LSU tradition including Tiger Stadjum
Aranda and Coach O leadership and new direction
Playing in the best conference by far
Surrounding teammates
NFL development
Weather
Fun-filled, flavorful, colorful South LA vs drab OK
All of the above hit the checklist for LSU - no slap at the Sooners, I've lived in OKC for well over a decade with my work - some nice folks and some real asses - same as everywhere! Phillips is going to love LSU and these coaches and players! Great kid with a good Christian spirit! Welcome aboard! You have nothing to feel bad about with the OU fans - it's your whole life abead of you, not theirs!
