I also think that he is absolutely the last safety we take unless we take 4.

... Also, might be the best commitment video I've ever seen.
Wow
Production was on point. The lighting, the timing, everything.
And his speech was everything good you could want to hear from a young guy with great potential ahead of him.
Commitment vid on his Instagram

We have 2 Safeties committed in the 2022 class as well. Just to keep in mind.

Khari is a big 6'3" 185 lb safety and projects as a safety in college
He’s going to be 230 pounds by his sophomore year lol he’s going to injure people.

Good point about Sage Ryan! He’s Coach Faulk’s cousin and a versatile CB/Nickel/S
I had him in for a CB slot

Next Jamal Adams or Chad Jones.

Great news! We need to back fill this Safety class and next because we have 3 Seniors and one of our safeties decommitted at the last minute last year.

I obviously don’t know how our coaches see things, but I believe they want Mitchell and Gee to be their 2 safety’s in this class, 2 pure corners, and Sage Ryan as a joker role that can play anywhere in the secondary. Those 5 should go nicely with last years class of Ricks, Mcglothern, and Toles as well as next years class.

Big get. Welcome aboard young man. The safety class is sick.

Maybe, but I hope he plays around 210 and stays at safety. Will still bring the wood at that weight. 230 probably moves him to LB. Love this kid's highlights

Agree with how this year's class will compliment last year's nicely. I think Sage will play at safety, though. DBU just reloads. With all the talk of our offense this past year, we are building one hell of a defense.

His frame will hold 210-220 all day. He'd be scary at 220

215 is the sweet spot for safety. They’ve gotten smaller over the years.
230 you’re a lb
220 you can’t cover
