Board, give me some input

As you may or may not have noticed, there is a new format for the project we are doing this year. Chicken, THF, and I are putting all the evaluations in a blog format.
Well, at the top of that blog, I've been told we can have a "header" or "banner."
So I've come to the board for help....any suggestions?
There are limitations on size but pretty much anything we do can be scaled down I would think.
If anyone is good with editing/photoshopping pics then maybe they can help us out to make something that looks good.

Yes it is called "Recruiting Blog" but we can make the banner pretty much anything about recruiting.
Using stars sounds like a must.

What if we used the "I want you" part?
Throw in some stars and something about the recruiting blog.

I don't know if there is enough room on the banner, but I'm thinking about a different version of the intimidator. Here are a few elements that we might include.
- LSU: Where champions are made.
- Number the schools national championships and SEC championships for each sport.
- the clocktower
- purple, gold, and white confetti as the background (flynn holding up the sears trophy comes to mind)
I'm sure the guys on the fark board will have some pretty good ideas also.

Mark S....way to bring the purple and gold.......you can't doubt Tigerdroppings power; the brightness is need for it to pop.

Ok, here's banner #2 with Les as Uncle Sam. Special thanks to Gotigers57 for the Les pic. Let me know if it can be bigger, but I stuck to the size of the sample banner Chicken provided above.

Oops. I just noticed that mine says recruiting board instead of recruiting blog. That's no problem to fix.If you decide to use this let me know and I'll fix it.
