Saying he likes to hit is an understatement.. kids a damn thumper and I love it! He’s starting to pick up some quality offers for sure. With a good showing at camps or a good season this year I wouldn’t be surprised to see him pick up an offer. Busch prefers his safeties to be on the shorter side so he might fit well here

Also one of the strongest kids if not the strongest on team. An absolute beast in the weight room.
If he was 5'10 now, recruiters would be camping out at Walker high.

Several days ago and also offered Jalen cook.
Tennessee, west Virginia and Tulane have also offered BJ.
Very proud for both those boys. More to come. Several others are also getting offers to some good schools.
Eta: official offer appears yesterday. They were at school last week and offered.
Arkansas, Georgia, miss. State, Arizona state, and Texas state all had folks come to school last week

No I don't. I have known a lot of these kids since they were ankle biters with renegade football and middle school ball. Families have become good friends over the years. Just proud of my boys for doing so well.

With a strong performance at camp he should get an offer! He fits Busch’s idea of safety perfectly. I expect him to get it and the staff really likes him already

I was under the impression Busch favors Bertrand Carrell as the lone safety in the 2019 class. I read they like him in the box and at that hybrid nickel spot.

He might as of now but after camp if bj brings his all he will jump ahead and grab the offer! Or be super close! Busch prefers a smaller saftety with good ball skills who’s fast and good in coverage yet someone who loves to knock someone tf out!! He likes them a little taller but he could def make 5’8 work if he doesn’t grow any more

I hope BJ performs at camp and has a strong senior year. Kid is a football player, no matter his size.
With that said, if LSU is not big on him , he has numerous offers and only getting better.
