I can already hear the Flying Dutchmen references already. Is it assumed that the twins will go to the same school?

I don't know anything about them. I don't even know if they are major college prospects. They may go straight into the wooden shoe business, or perhaps tulip distribution.

There's no money in Tulips since the bubble burst a few years ago.

These next 7 mths of recruiting maybe the most important recruiting period in Trent's career. He needs to finish this class strong & we need to sign Jarrell Martin

Harold Givens a former New Orleans resident has LSU in his top 5 along with georgia, arizona, florida and virginia. He says he is wide open, but also stated that he likes to come back home and visit family. LINK

I think LSU should take a serious look at Lionheart Leslie out of Vandebilt Catholic. He's a great point guard

They need to sign Josh Gray he just ask for his release for Mississippi State, dude can start at either spot or come off the bench, dude skills fit for what lsu needs and that is a legit one on one scorer and create. To me just looking at his skill set he is clearly better than hickey or Felix.

For some reason LSU has never been involved with Gray. He's definitely a player, but perhaps his arrest and sketchy background has given Trent reservations. The kid played high school basketball in Lake Charles with an ankle-monitoring bracelet and had to get permission from the police to travel to away games.

I like him, though.

David Taylor info

quote:

David Taylor(´95, 1m88) is probably one of be better athletes at his age level. Son to former Bundesliga champ and now Nuernberg coach Derrick Taylor has a fine sense for whether to attack the baskets from long range or take it down the lane. Due to his ability to create his own shot Taylor can smoothly slide to the two spot as well.

Who knows. Lots of things can happen before next year. Could have a coaching change.

sounds like Sean Miller leads for Bridgewater's services right now...

I have my doubts about this. There are many Arizona fans and sites that don't believe he has a legit offer, but is being kept on the backburner as insurance.

Arizona is killing it on the recruiting trail, signing 5 stars and 4 stars. Bridgewater is a borderline 3-star, barely in the top 100.

We will see, I'm just not convinced he's at that level.

Trent and his staff actually loved Josh Gray. They came to see him play at Peabody in the 3rd Round in 2011 when he was at Washington Marion. That's the same game they really started to like Troy. Both had good games, now what happened after that, I don't know, but they were high on Gray for awhile.

I've said this before but if Jarrell Martin doesn't sign with LSU Collis Temple deserves to get punched.

Thinking way too far ahead, but someone stated Jones likes to have a full roster of 13. How would we get enough scholarships for the guys in the 2013 class if that is the case?

I don't think you understand graduation.
