That's just crystal balls which this early mean nothing.

Guys they either lead for or are in great position to land

OT Brockermeyer-they lead right now
Ath Egbuka-very much in it
OT Mims-top 4 with us
WR Franklin-some say they have the edge currently
DE Brooks-very much in it according to him
DT Smith-LA kid so you know they are in it
DE Adeleye-they lead
CB McKinstry-very much in it
WR Hall-theyve lead for months and likely to get his commit in March

Thats just in the top 25(other than Hall) and before 247s update. They're demise is greatly exaggerated.

I just looked at the top 50 overall recruits on 247 and Bama doesn't lead for one single recruit.

It's not. I doubt there has been a year in the last ten in which Bama didn't lead for four or five top 50 players at this point. The implication in your post is correct - Bama's recruiting is falling off. It won't show up for a couple of more years, because the way the services rank recruits is mostly by awarding points based on what schools are recruiting them. Bama recruits get the most points because they have been getting the best classes. It will take a few years of kicking their arse before the services realize that Bama isn't just getting whomever they want anymore.

Why do so many take the time to come here to insult others without contributing? Bunch of rude arse posters on here these days.

I agree with those saying it is way too early for reliable info but the OPs premise that Bama may be losing some of it's recruiting prowess is something that I have started to think might happen. They will end up in the top 3 next year, but it feels like the "tide" is starting to turn.

Means nothing. We could lead for half of them and we’d probably get 3 of them. So what’s your point?

Completely disagree. I expect Bama will get a share of these kids but the fact that none of them are listed as Bama leads at this point shows that times have changed with the young kids and the image is tarnished a little. tDecline is real and if they miss the SECCG and CFP again this year it will drop even more. Saban who appeared invincible a few yrs ago is falling in favor with top recruits...
