We could lose 5 of our top recruits every year to AU and we would still have plenty of LSU fans as AU apologists. It's like top recruits going to SMU. Most OOC fans couldn't find Auburn on a fricking map. Their facilities are SEC average and the school is located in in west GA. wtf?

If you had a top 10 player who was as solid an LSU lock as you can get... and that player didn't really have any love for an SEC West rival (Auburn)... and that player heard about them paying for playing... I bet a player like that could really blow-up Auburn's world if he had the will and a little guidance.

I'm bumping this because my Alabama friend said that word around the Bama boards is that Collins has been bought and will sign with AU. I asked him to send me a link but haven't heard back from him yet. Wondering if anyone else is hearing anything about it? Hoping it's just them playing with our heads.

While I think there's about a 1% chance of this happening, if it does, the meltdown will be the biggest in TD history.
