Man I know this guy is an all world talent and all and we all would love to have him but anyone else concerned with the drama set around this guy? I mean what if he does decide to come here, and changes his mind after a few months or a year? Seems like something is off with him and his mother. That being said LETS GET THE M'FER!!!

Yep. You have two players that have done weird things, and seem to be playing games.
Evans - has been all over the place. Signed, released, grade issues. The board thinks rags on him, and doesn't want him. Why? Because it is unlikely he comes to LSU.
Burch - doing some of the same things. The board thinks he is just conflicted, and it's fine. Why? Because he could possibly come to LSU. They will switch and say we didn't want his drama, if he signs somewhere else.
People are not able to remove bias from discussions on here.

If his Mother indeed works for a huge SC Booster, and her job, or anything else associated with her job hinges on his signing..NOT SAYING IT DOES, BUT COULD, I would say the drama is understandable. Pressure to stay close to the hometown crowd with 2 teammates going to USCe, plus Mama has a job which MIGHT be affected...big things to consider and very unnerving for a teenager with a single Mother.

For good reason though. This isn't looking good for USCe and isn't a good look for USCe either. However, if he does sign with USCe all will be forgotten and forgiven by spring ball on their side. That's just how it is with these type of recruitments. Always is.
Boom and his staff have to be pulling their hair out. You listen to the words, but score the actions. Burch's actions have to be really frustrating for them, and their fanbase. As it should. The only 'story' we are seeing here objectively is the by still talking to Orgeron he has Burch and his mom thinking. For us that's the best we can hope for. For them, it's a catastrophe.
But one day soon (tomorrow by 8pm????) it will be in the rearview mirror. Maybe all Orgeron could do was make them think and Boom can have a big sigh of relief. Maybe Orgeron can celebrate 'stealing one' and Boom will be wondering if this starts dominoes for his firing after his 3rd loss next year.
But yes, their fanbase is handling it well. I submit because they are focusing on words and not actions out of wishful thinking.
