Sloan could shoot to #1 when he pulls Underwood. Steeples is definitely an up and Comer.
D-Line coach is usually a recruiting hammer, and we don't really have one right now and it's definitely hurting us.
House seems like he closes out on guys that the rest of the staff has put the work in on, but I don't know how dynamic he is at actually putting in the work requires to pull high profile talent.
Kelly seems to close very well also, but only seems to be in on the biggest recruits.
We definitely need at least 1 more ace recruiter before next cycle, and two wouldn't hurt.

But this is college and not the NFL. The Polian name is not what it once was in the NFL and as far as the Polian name for high school kids I’m sure that very few kids know who the Polian are
