This, plus we've got Walker Howard. Arch will be a good, possible great, ball player, but he's not worth fretting over given the fact that a Manning would never come here and we've got a potentially damn good player coming in anyway.

My take is you won't win a national championship at Ole Miss and if you want to win the heisman you better make the final playoffs. If your going to go SEC it better be Bama, Georgia or LSU. Or bow down to a school with less competition so you don’t get hurt like a USC/Texas.

I don't expect to see Arch in an LSU uniform. I don't wish him anything bad, but it's his decision and if it doesn't work out, it's his regrets.

Guess I’m the minority here but after watching him several times this year, he doesn’t even seem SEC caliber to me but just my opinion.

It should but it won’t. No way a Manning plays at LSU. BTW Newman got curb stomped by LCA, a AA team. So the best QB in the USA manages 7 big points against a HS team. We’ll be fine. He’s a good quarterback but his high rankings have everything to do with his name.

Everyone saying Walker Howard is better. They are two different year classifications. Why not have both. People act like we can only have one good QB. Not saying he would come here but if he wanted to take him with open arms.
