If anyone has an On3 subscription, have you read the article by Shea titled “LSU’s Football Scholarship Outlook”? It’s from yesterday. Looks interesting for those who have asked about how many players they can take

I’m a member, but ciphering through that article was tough. He provides a lot of data, too much actually.. here’s the conclusion - if we sign 30 HS kids and Kayshon & Ojulari leave we’re sitting at 96 on scholarship. That includes 4 scholarships to walk Ons - Josh Williams, Ramos, +2. We have to get to 85 before fall camp starts. Between transfers out of the program and other guys that declare for the NFL early dropping 11 scholarship guys won’t be an issue. The question becomes, how many more will we have to give?

Those guys are already on scholarship, so why's he adding them to the number of guys currently on scholarship?

Good to know. I joined. Just need to remember to cancel next year if I’m not finding the value.
