Anyone here from Crowley with Tyler Shelvin info?

keep hearing he is still heavy and needs to pass 3 courses AND needs an ACT or SAT score? Anyone out there have some "real" info?

You hear wrong. Orgeron told everyone how excited he was that he was down to 323 and ready to contribute at SEC media days.

Heard on the radio today that Shelvin's grandmother said he's on track to finish those 3 summer school classes and join the team a week or two into fall camp after he's cleared by NCAA

He'll be here that's really all I have to tell anyone. Folks here say he was offered to go juco route and he refused. Said he was confident he would get what he needed done. Just wasn't pushed real hard in HS (was hurt and got lazy) but now is taking it much more seriously because he knows he has the potential to make big $. The kid isn't dumb. He'll be here ready to go at some point this year.
