Supposedly Ole Miss players will be free to transfer wherever with no penalty. Though I've heard talk that Shea is going to West Virginia I believe?

Ole Miss players may be able to transfer without penalty or having to sit out only if Ole Miss receive certain penalties from the NCAA. The key will be if they get a two year bowl ban. The rest of the criteria is pretty much expected to be handed down. If that happens there will be a free for all over about four players.
