Didn't Dunbar just join the Bama staff last May? He hasn't been poaching gets out of LA for years. Shouldnt be to hard to recruit against a former player who has went on to have a great NFL career and previously spoke great things about his former school.

The kids mentioned above are great athletes and will play college ball no doubt. They have a slot receiver that may end up playing QB for them next year that is unreal. Don't forget the name Cameron Henderson. This kid is a Sophomore this year so he still has two more seasons. Great kid. Very respectful.

Just this year, Dunbar was the primary for Buggs and Mathis. Burns was the primary for Allen and Devonta Smith. That's 4 of the top LA kids that defected to Bama. Over the last few years Burns was the recruiter for Landon Collins, Tony Brown (I know not from LA, but he flipped.) Shyhiem Carter, Tim Williams, Dylan Charlot, Bradley Sylve and Eddie Lacy. Like I said in my post.
They are robbing us blind and they have already started recruiting a 2019 DT that is going to be one of, if not the top recruit in Louisiana.

I'm not discounting the work Burton has done. He is a major problem for us. Once he goes a lot of Bamas success in the state will go as well. I'm just saying we should easily be able to recruit against Dunbar. You just use his own experience and his own words against him.
And if LSU was smart they would throw a couple of mill at Burton. He might stay at Bama but they will be forced to pay up.

Burns is 64 yrs old, has been at ALA for 10 yrs, and very loyal to Saban. He's vested in the State of Alabama retirement system and he ain't leaving BAMA until the Saban decides to retire.
Burton had several opportunities to not only play at LSU but to also coach at LSU and he turned them down. He currently makes $475,000 and is pretty comfortable. I don't see Burns coming home (NOLA) until he retires.
IMO, LSU still has to deal with Saban and Burns recruiting for another 3-5 yrs. Only way to minimize top recruits leaving the State is to beat ALA on the field
.

Pettito isn't the real problem. It is victor the barber. He has a nice new corvette. Nice reward from bringing tangi boys to Tuscaloosa.

Then you test his loyalty. Offer him $1.5. Chances are he won't take it but Bama would have to offer a substantial increase to him which would leave them less to hire another damn analyst. And in the off event he does take it, you get a quality coaches, Ace recruiter and you directly impact your greatest competition.

The DT on tape is lazy and takes a lot of plays off. However, when he doesn't, absolute animal
