would Collins be that overrated in your eyes if he'd have signed with LSU? 
dunno how LC will turn out in college, but he's definitely in a position to succeed at bama...like he would have been at LSU. But make no mistake, the dude is/was a bonafide 5 star athlete/difference maker.

He had games where he averaged like 40 ypc and never got tackled as a running back, and had the worst running style I've ever seen. Every carry looked like a punt return. To say he's freak athlete is an understatement. Anyone that is questioning his ability now is just pissed he's not coming to LSU.

You're absolutely right with that assumption. It didn't take long after I began reading and posting on TD for me to realize that the Rant was full of idiots. I rarely read that board and never post on it.

I will edit my statement to say that bama leads. I wasn't meaning to say that it's a done deal by any stretch, but Jones did admit that bama was his favorite the other day. This is nothing new but I'm starting to really not like the vibe he's putting out. A good camp in July will go a long way with him, but C Ray does have work to do and he knows it.
