He should have accepted his role, got a ring, and been a lock for a coaching position later...or gone to Harvard.

He did go to Harvard... ‘on the Bayou.’

What's the science of this, exactly? Who has it happened to?

Second, I'm hoping Trey Palmer runs more confident routes this year.

You doubt Scott cared about winning a national championship? Get the frick out of here. Everyone likes to win a ring.

Uh yeah of course? You think he thought he was going to Mizzou for a title? He clearly valued playing time over winning on the bench, not even debatable.

Not everyone wants to ride coattails.

If he didn’t want to win a championship then I wouldn’t want him as a QB. You think Mizzou didn’t want to win a championship? You never played a sport. Every player wants to win.

Lindsey is a quality kid from incredible parents. You’re right, he believed he could win a championship at Missouri (where he made Academic All SEC). He also thought he could win a championship at LSU. He did in JUCO.
Instead of knocking this young man (not aimed at you Drizit), how about this board root for him his next two years at Nicholls?
