Man we are going to be gang banged in the conference next season. At any rate I'll be excited to play spoiler a few times

Now on to recruiting with all of those open spots

How are people acting like he's garbage? He would be the best proven scoring we have. This is an extremely big loss if we wanted to be competitive at all

Not that LSU is anything special, but Illinois?

I seriously doubt we will end next season saying "well if we had just had Alstork this season would have been drastically different."

Don't kid yourself and have you played BBall? Having another 6-5 experienced older guy with 20 ppg average, I don't care what conference, that would have been a great addition.

Think of a game when our current team has bad play from the guards, shooting wise and foul trouble, and we could have had this guy on the bench!

He would have been a nice addition for points and depth this coming season.

Slightly better than Onwansor. Not nearly what he was hyped to be tho. Illinois has a losing record too, he might have had to play a role he couldn’t handle

So many mid major to major conference transfers end up being a dud. It's why they were at a mid-major.

Some turn out to be really quite good, like Koulechov at Florida (from Rice). But so many end up like Onwuasor, Alstork, etc...

That's to say, they should have stayed at their mid major schools and be "the man".

Kind of even surprised myself how close to the mark I was.

Sucks, but oh well. Alstork wasn't a program changing player.

I'm not talking bad about Alstork at all? I even said it sucks that we couldn't get him. Just don't believe for a second that Alstork would have been the difference between this program having success and not having it.

Also what's interesting here is Wright State, Alstork's former team, made the NCAAT
