what?!

What are you talkinga bout? It's between us and Ole Miss. He dropped Bama because they stopped rectuiting him.

It's not our fault if he doesn't jump on board fast enough and someone else takes his spot. We got 22 guys already verbal-ed that weren't taking that chance.

if you look at the other backs we have or are recruiting, this kid gives us a different look. more of a standard back......lache is a great athlete, but not an every down back caliber kid.

ware is a beast....would dominate in the wildcat formation as well.

i think if you look at getting ware, blue, and lache you have a very dynamic group of backs. i can see all of them contributing at an early stage in their career. not to mention a very capable worle that will be a fb that can carry the load as well.

i think blue is going to be part of this class.

he's not even an every down back for his high school.....he can run in the tackles, but is predominantly a misdirection back.

he's reggie bush. he'll be a nice weapon on pitches and catching out the backfield, but not on 3rd and 1.

I think he'll be fine between the tackles ..he's strong enough and can run low enough

hell, Demps can run between the tackles and he's a peanut

i don't think his size is the issue. he just doesn't strike me as a tough running back. more a flashy back who needs space.

noel devine is a small back who runs tough. there are several examples. lache has not shown me that style. i have seen him twice in person. explosive, but not a force that can control the game. he creates outstanding mismatches in space. i think he'll be impressive receiving the ball out of the backfield.

What are you talking about to say that Alfred Blue is not an every down back. You didn't watch his last game. He carried the ball for the first
15 plays of the game. The guy can catch the ball and hit the hole inside and out. He gained over 200 yards against the team that has won the last 2 titles in 5 A. The guy is the real deal.
