Apparently commitment video was shot to UGA, so expect that today. Like someone else said, not sure how big a loss Johnson is other than another connection with Arch. He is from GA originally and did not have a great playoff, especially against LCA. With his size the potential is there though.
When you think of a team with Arch Manning and a 4-star WR they would dominate in a playoff though, and they won their first game 14-7 and lost their 2nd 21-7.

A. This is stupid, of course he's good enough, they offered him.

He was rated a 4 star before he played a down at Newman. He had a pretty good freshman year at McMain.

He showed nothing in more than a few games this year. I could easily see us passing on him.

No we're definitely recruiting him.
Also sounds like we may have gotten him to hold off on committing today, interesting...he was definitely going to pull the trigger to UGA

Yeah, really confused as to what exactly is going on with him right now. He was supposed to commit today but now he will hold off so it does seem the staff got him to slow down a little.

Arch had a terrible game against LCA with several turnovers,(18 of 38 for 158 yards. He was sacked four times and finished with 10 carries for minus-1 yard and he lost a fumble), without Sage Ryan might I add... and AJ had a bad game as as well....the score was actually closer than it should have been.
ETA: AJ is overrated and will probably end up at Fl St or UGA

Yeah I’m not real sure what the fuss is about with Johnson. He’s got good size but he’s not some sure fire stud. Our WR class will likely be a tad smaller next year, particularly if we land BTJ. We’ll have the opportunity to be selective.
