Bama will have him telling LSU all of the right things just so LSU thinks they're getting him, hoping that they're not working on a backup plan. It's been done before, it's how they operate.

Those crystal balls were put in months and some over a year ago. Nobody has started to change there pick to Bama so until that starts happening there still a bit of uncertainty where he will go

Couldn't this be said about evey recruit's CB picks?

Soft serve, just like his play on the field.

Seems like there would be more buzz around this guy if he seriously was considering us. Does he keep everything close to the vest?

I agree, and upvoted, but it's easier said than done. What contingency plans are out there? The staff still has to try if they don't see anyone else that they'll be happy with.

I hate to say it, but he's Bama bound.

If Louisiana high school coaches are guiding their players to Bama someone needs to check on these coach's and their new cars or purchase of some high price items. Coaches must dislike LSU for a reason and love Bama for the opposite.

no, just the opposite.

Some, mostly reliable, pickers will wait until they have a good indicator of his intentions. You'll see a flurry of CBs by recognizable names.

That's usually a hint they have some news and aren't throwing poo at the whiteboard.

Some here, some there mean less than a 'series' of picks in a short order of time.

My point is that it seems people on this board react negatively to anything this recruit does despite the fact that 95% of the crystal balls have him going to LSU. If we should dismiss those long established picks because they are oold then the saem logic should apply to other similar predictions.

Wish our "fans" would just let the process play out and stop the negative commentary and demeaning comments toward recruits and their families.

This guy was MIA against Country fricking Day, I believe twice they played and a no-show in both games. Besides his measurables, I don't get the party that people see in this kid.

I realize it's interesting and somewhat of a hobby for people to keep track of recruiting and recruits. I know it is for me. That being said, nobody knows where a kid will sign until he literally put's his John Hancock on the LOI. The day Harvey Williams (I don't remember if it was to sign LOI or just announce commitment, things were a little different back then) made his college choice public he did so in the HS gym. There was a group of people gathered to hear his choice and he was walking down the hall to the gym when someone yelled out TAMU or something to that affect. Up until that point he was going to commit to TAMU. But, he had heard so long that he was going to A and M that he decided to do just the opposite. Point is you never know what a kid will do when it comes time to sign that LOI. I think one of the best tell tale signs of where a kid will go is how many times and how often he visits a particular school. Cam Robinson visited Sabama for their spring game and went back during the summer. More than once if I remember correctly. Of course he ended up at Sabama. Sopsher has been visiting Sabama every chance he gets. So that to me is a pretty good indication of where he will end up. Kinda gives me some hope for Will Wade and the basketball team since Trendon Watford has visited LSU several times. But, who knows? I suppose only the good Lord above knows for certain right now.

Can I ask you for a favor, quit using "Sabama". You sound so juvenile as you type it 3-4 times in every fricken reply. Quite apparent you're obsessed with the midget.

I wish LSU coaches would be obsessed with the "midget" maybe they'd learn how to build a program into a NC program and beat the little "midget"! I only refer to Alabama as Sabama when referencing Alabama during the time Saban has been there.
