What's a Henweigh?
About 6 pounds, or about the same as a grecian urn.

If you sign a loi, you agree to attend that school for one academic year and other schools can’t recruit you.

First, that hasn’t been true for a year. Last year they changed the NLI program so that any player can withdraw from their NLI for any reason without penalty.

Second, he’s not even allowed to sign an NLI or financial aid agreement until the December signing window. So I don’t know why you’re even talking about the NLI at this point.

Third, as others have mentioned the NLI program is being eliminated anyway due to anticipated changes to financial aid agreements related to revenue sharing next year.

He committed publicly. He has reiterated that commitment publicly. He hasn’t taken a single official or unofficial visit to another school since he committed to LSU. WTF else do you expect him to do?

Michigan’s QB commit Carter Smith has just now announced his decommitment. It could mean nothing but it could mean something as well.

Means they let the kid know directly they’re going all in on underwood, which isn’t anything new.

They’re gonna let a good QB walk and end up with no QB

He has been committed to Michigan for a year and in the last 2 weeks it’s been everywhere that Michigan is gonna shell out top dollar for a qb…and it’s not him. Kinda sucks

QB recruiting is just different than every other position. Flips from the top of the chart guys is really rare. Michigan is fricking themselves.

Yeah because most top qbs want to be the only one in the class. So the risk of recruiting more than one usually far outweighs the reward.

And this is why bk won't make it in this era

I would love to hear your explanation for this.

My guess is that it would be an open competition. Nuss has a big starter experience advantage and a big LSU scheme advantage. But Underwood is exactly the type of QB that Kelly wants and that works better in current college football.

Just curious how anyone would know this number.

My opinion, the coaching staff at Michigan knows they are fricked and losing the number 1 player in the country that lives 30 minutes away will be unacceptable. So someone there leaked that they were matching whatever money was offered to make it seem like they left no stone unturned.

Because the booster who is giving him the offer leaked it to the recruiting sites.
