To the point of the post you’re replying to, Shaq was also much thinner his FR year also. Maybe there is some marked improvement ahead of Reid. Nobody believes it’s Shaq-level at this time though.

Has anyone actually stopped to think that 1) Reid will get bigger, stronger, and improve in the Offseason and 2) Traore may have some of the same struggles as Reid this year?

I’ll save y’all the suspense. Reid ain’t going nowhere. It doesn’t get any more high ceiling than Reid.
He’s way too natural of a post player to get processed.he’s got great touch on his shot when he can get to his spots and get it off with before he coughs it up or gets powered over .He’s just raw and needs to get bigger and stronger. He’s the ultimate” just give him time guy”

Of course they will, same folks that bitched about Burrow in 2018, and now want to suck him off are the type of people trashing Reid. People were trashing Edwards-Helaire early 2019 as well. Next years team should be awesome with two of the three post players collecting rebounds.

These guys never remember other freshmen that came and made tremendous improvement, and are now in the NBA.
All were criticized and fans predicted nothing but gloom.

Been discussed since he signed. Looks like Wade wants one guy to reclassify in each class. Fudge, Williams, and now possibly Allen in 3 straight classes
