So you think we shuffle Guillory for another DT or just don’t sign him? Agreed I want to see 2-3 more OL also
If there are defections or non qualifiers on Oline and we are stacked at Dline, three more Oline is the play.

I know that I am either wrong or overreacting, but if the Kardell injury doesn’t beckon more interior Oline, then I’m I’m reading It wrong. It could be that berry and Taylor and Gaye are going to og, OT and OT.

I don’t think so but we only have 5 Interior Oline while having 12 DE. I am obviously missing something Here.

We are stacked with numbers on the DL, but I don't necessarily think we have enough quality. We need Guillory. We need good depth, not just bodies.

We are not stacked at ol. So take Guillory but don’t take others that are taking up Oline scholarship spots.

Unless I’m totally missing the boat and some of these DL are going to cross train at Oline.

yet now he’s being touted as the best RB in the state after the Bama commit.

You just made this up.

He’s not the only one they thinks that. Clean has him as the best 2020 rb

I think you are underestimating how petty the elf can be.

The only thing being underestimated is how egocentric you are. Saban does not even think about LSU except for two weeks in November.

Since there are 3* backs all over the country that fit his parameters and would beckon for a tide scholarship, why not get one from Louisiana to keep his already high profile name in Destrehan.

OMG, are you serious? “There are 3 star backs all over the country...” Saban doesn’t look at stars. He evaluates players himself. He took this guy because he is the best player Saban could get at that position.

As solo cam keeps pointing out, Saban does not need to build pipelines. There is a ton of talent all over the country clamoring to get in. Also, at 70 years old, how much longer is Saban going to be coaching? Only he knows that, but it’s hard to believe he wants to go much longer. If he can squeeze out one more natty I’d bet on him retiring.

Lol at the idiot conspiracy theorists thinking that Saban is taking this guy to get someone else.

If Bama has 2-3 guys rated about the same at RB, they are going to take the kid from Destrehan. No way they are going to get shut out in Louisiana any recruiting year.

That isn’t a conspiracy. Saban covers every angle. He isn’t going to allow any claim that Orgeron has closed the fence

How do you know what Alabama’s RB board looks like?

You want to enlighten us on the other backs they had rated the same?

I realize you are a recruiting guy, but do you know what their board looks like? I highly doubt it

He may have been a backup last year, but plenty of people had a chance to see him. Emory was a 5 star going into last year and he had split time with Pooka the year before.

Bama recruits in an elite level at RB. This kid does not scream elite. If he was elite, he would have a commitable offer from LSU.

You’re simply creating a scenario that isn’t true.

Kyle Edwards’ 247 ranking has no bearing on his grade by the Alabama coaches.

247 has him as the 26th rated RB in the class. Since 2011 Bama has not signed a RB ranked lower than 15 by 247

I believe he was the top commitable guy on Bama’s board. It is just hard to believe that they are accepting commitments from RB’s that far down the chain.

Feels like Slade Bolden 2.0. Struck out on higher rated guys so try to plant a flag at a traditional powerhouse in Louisiana

I’m sure he is a very good player with a lot of upside. It really isn’t about him. It’s about Bama not being able to stockpile elite guys like Georgia is doing.
