They now have composite out.
Shemar dropped 1 spot ( don’t know how ).

Walker Howard is nearly a 5 star.
And Walter Nolan could be a guy to watch for.

And we seem to have a lot of guys from In state leaning towards the tigers.
This class could be the best one in history so stay tuned!

Here is the link to the composite.

Enai White
Caleb Burton
Devon Campbell

Denver Harris

All top 25 prospects and all considering LSU some even have LSU at the top.

Great work though! The 2021-2022 classes have me drinking hella koolaid.

I am not really up to speed on who our 2022 out of state targets are yet, so thank you for providing these names. I'll go ahead and supplement the above post.

I don’t think so. We are taking a lot of wrs this 2021 class and have very good ones coming in from 2020. He would have to beat out a lot of guys. But if O wants him I definitely think we could get him.

not burton, we’ll try though. but we’re in a better position for McMillan, Preston and Kevin Coleman, who’s a 5 star too

I noticed Kendrick Law and Emory Jones didn’t make the cut...composite only has 284 players listed so far and only 13 Louisiana players listed so maybe their not done bc 24/7’s own rankings obviously only have 247 players overall but they have 38 Louisiana players listed on the state rankings

Edit: Jake Johnson was left off too 24/7 has him 99 overall player and 3rd TE on their own rankings but he’s not on the composite

The silent commitment grapevine says Shone Washington was the commitment Coach O mentioned on the radio the other day.

What exactly is the threshold for a 5th star? I notice the 34th overall player is a 5 star with score of 0.9834

I noticed that as well. Howard is rated a four star compared to Evan Stewart (the lowest rated five star) with a difference in value of one ten thousandth of a point. 0.9834 compared to 0.9833. How the hell can you rate someone one ten thousandth of a point less than the other and say that one is a five star while the other is a four star. It doesn't make much sense.

Yea this is dumb... they need to expand the system or allow for more 5* players IF the class deserves that many 5*s. It’s ignorant to believe that some classes aren’t more loaded than others therefore would have more 5*s or less in some classes. They could also start making it more clear that the bottom list of 5*s are extremely fluid. So more or less 5*s in a given class and also more movement for the bottom 5*s and much less movement for the top notch 5*s besides moving up and down amongst themselves. Like the top 10 moving up and down within the top 10 but the top 10 players should be so clear cut that there’s very slim chance they move below that top 10 mark.

I know that’s what the points are for but they should put like a 5* with a confidence of 10 behind his rating because he’s shown that he works hard, has all the natural ability, makes good grades, has a great attitude and is a team player for his high school. Guys that don’t meet these standards should be given low marks like, yea he’s got all the physical abilities but he’s got a bad attitude toward work which spills over into his grades, his leadership on his HS team etc. therefore he’s a 5* that has a confidence of 1 or 2 so he could fall and be replaced at any point or he could also move himself up with a change.

They should also grade them on commitment. So if one guy commits early and stays with it while also doing all the right things, he should move up for being consistent and not down. Imo the people ranking these players could and should take some responsibility on how they do it because it impacts these young men in many ways. If a guy commits to 3 or 4 schools and is trolling people on Twitter and acting immature, he should be moved down until further notice.

So there should be lots of movement for the bottom elite guys but very little for the top 30 or so. Prioritize good behavior so that it will incentivize good behavior and vise versa. This may just take a lot of the BS behavior out of recruiting and keep the kids accountable for their actions without hurting them much at all.
