I hope we get him. I'm from WV so I'm not really in the loop on this, but it seems like recruiting MS guys is always really complicated.
You wouldn't think it would be that hard for a school like LSU to beat out Ole Miss and MSU for guys right next door, but it's never that easy it seems.
MS recruiting is something I've had a hard time grasping, being out of the area.

Those kids are more loyal to the soil than any state in America. Everyone has trouble prying kids out of there. I’ve never heard a good reason why.

I’ve noticed Elko’s strategy is to recruit outside of Texas really hard. Many of their recruits lately have been from Georgia, California, Utah, occasionally Louisiana. Interesting that he’s not going hard for Texas kids.

My son just sent me Oakgroves schedule for this year and they play Neville this year in hattiesburg.
I think its the 3rd game.
They open with Gulfport and the Starkville. Tough schedule
