I actually like his post about recruiting and his commitment. Very reasonable, and that's how more recruits and grown-ups who follow recruiting should view it. You can commit to a school and keep them #1, but it's a crazy new process for these kids with a lot to sort through and figure out. It's a massive life decision, as well. No harm in being honest and saying that you're going to keep receiving and processing information and trying to make sure that you make the best choice for yourself.

Atkinson has almost identical measurables as Queen did coming out of high school and this kid is only a sophomore…

As someone from Jonesboro I really hope he ends up at LSU. We haven’t had anyone go to LSU since Charles Scott and the coach that coached Scott is back as an assistant coach so hopefully he has some influence.

About the commitment to Mizzou and recruiting. X is really new to the recruiting scene and he doesn't have much help from the coaching staff at J-Hodge. He's just now learning how the game is played and how to interact with coaches. He likes Blake Baker a lot, but his recruitment is just starting.
His profile lists 190 but he's more like 200 now.

Linebackers get smaller and smaller each year as defenses learn to stop the spread offense. That young man is a TFL machine. Very instinctual, LSU weight room and Chef Johnson will get him up to size.

Not really small Considering he is a sophomore in high school. Will probably be 220+ by the time he graduates
