Great pick. Probably the next Penei Sewell. Dude looks great.

Well fuq, he was next on my "Big Board".

I'll take Barrett Carter, OLB Clemson. I've had moderate to poor luck with my linebackers over the years, and I'm hoping that picking this feller up early will get me on track. Unfortunately, it's not clear at all what positions he will play. Clemson listed him as an athlete on NSD, and Venables has said that he has "tremendous position versatility." I think he's rostered as a strong safety now?
In any case, this guy is great, going to a great school, and he's expected to see the field early. Clemson has switched between a 3-4 and a 4-3 more than once, and so I'm agreeing with the scouts and putting him as olb for me.
He played both ways in his senior season and didn't put up a ton of stats on D, but watching his highlights should convince you of his ranking - he flies around the field and seems to get involved in every play.

With the 34th pick of the 2021 RMD, Reda LSU selects...
Rocco Spindler, OG/OT, Notre Dame!!!
Prototypical size, mean streak and Notre Dame pushes out lineman to the league. I think he has a very good chance to start as a freshman, but he's a lock starter by sophomore year.

jembeurt selects Nyland Green, CB Georgia
Every now and then you get a spot where need meets talent... this is it. Green is bringing his skills into a position where Georgia lost their top three players, and 4 of 5, from last year. There is still talent on the team, but Green is already on campus and should at the very least be on the 2-deep. Was thinking of waiting till the 3rd, but didn’t want to miss on this kid.

Sportsfan selects Donovan Edwards, RB Michigan
I was torn between 3 guys here, but I decided to go with the guy that could make the quickest impact. I've seen Edwards compared to Alvin Kamara on several sites, and has a chance to be a day one starter. Despite playing for Michigan, he's the feature back on my squad.

There’s only 1 Kamara. Edwards does look good though.

I was looking at Edwards. Figured I’d wait to see if he falls because I liked a few others.

J.J. McCarthy - QB - Michigan
Posted on 2/23/21 at 12:38 pm to jembeurt
I had him and 2 defensive players highlighted for this round. I was hoping 2 of the 3 got picked before my spot to make it easier, but they're all still there. Maybe I'm lucky enough to get one of them in round 3...but I doubt it.

This is a slight reach at this spot but i don't think he makes it to me at 62, so I'm taking Ole Miss DT Tywone Malone. Anytime you are a 6'4, 305 Lineman that is a collegiate baseball player and have a fade route catch in your highlight reel, I want you on my team

I thought he was gonna fall to me. Nice pick.

Dude looks like a player. Plus that name is all time. It makes me giggle every time I read it.

I was stuck between him and Rocco and I choose Rocco solely because Harbaugh’s offense these past few years hasn’t been great

And a middle finger from Fib^2 lol... Hope he works out for you and me though.
Round 2, Team Fib^2 selects:
Terrion Arnold, DB - Alabama

Late fight to the wire with Alabama and Georgia and we lost out on the kid. Needed what he brings to the table. Not going to let petty jealousy prevent me from scooping him up in the RMD though.

Extremely talented kid. 10.7 100M, AAU basketball player, and a ball hawking DB. Likely destined for FS position, but who knows if he find a way to contribute at another position earlier (Nickel/Dime).
