Were you there is the question Fulton went all day and didn't have any to prove . Ask for the other video when Fulton shut him down and the others .so immature call you mr. Stupid . Now holla at your boy STUPId FYI # last play of the day also stupid

I don't think he intended to diss Fulton. Everybody here knows how good Fulton is, that's what makes what Coxie did so impressive. And I'm sure Fulton was tired but that was a sick route regardless if he did it against air.

He went against Fulton, and made him look stupid. He's 6'3" 185 good foot work and route running.

I'm sure Coxie is extremely talented, and I NEVER question our coaches on these early camp offers. They often result in great pickups. But don't get too excited about that route against Fulton. That was a double move in space against man coverage with no contact. That's like taking candy from a baby. If the DB and WR are of similar abilities the WR will win 99 of 100 of those.

All I've seen of Coxie are those two one-play videos. What they show, besides good height, is that he has quick feet, a good sense for setting up a DB for a move, and he's physical enough to fight past a jam. The best indicator though, is that with a rapidly filling top-flight class, and with no need for more receivers, our coaches gave him a committable offer.

Look for him to be a mid 4* after the 247 update.

You joking?

No I'm not joking.
He's rated at an 87.0
89.1 was the 4* cut off for the last update on 247 so he could very well be in the 90 range when they update after the show he put on. The camps he's attended this summer did not have the high level of competition this camp had so it's very feasible that he gets a legit bump in his ratings. Rahssan Thornton jumped all the way to 76th overall prospect on one recruiting service, so level of competition means a lot these camps.

Glad we got Coxie. He is definitely a sleeper. I'm just trying to figure out if we are done at WR, or is LSU not as confident in keeping Sullivan committed, or what it is. Anyone know what the WR situation is for LSU now?

They are not done, but it's not because of Sullivan or anyone else. After Drake Davis they will be done.

Did we offer him due to feeling like we loose either Anderson or Sullivan? Hope not

Bone, I don't think it was a rub at Fulton, but more a compliment to Coxie. Either way, I'd love to have both in purple and gold. If Fulton got beat on one play, so be it. Happens to everyone. How he responds is what I enjoy and what will make him great.

But is Coxie like Kevin Spears 2.0? His measurable are similar to Spears, though a little thicker.

muddbone if you are Kristian's Dad then we know each other IRL. You like Grey Goose and cigars and I like big-tittied redheads and yellow Corvettes.

I wish you and both your boys the best in everything. I hope Kristian comes to LSU but good luck to him wherever he goes. (Please not 'bama!)
