Yea... I kinda wanna ask the same thing. I don't follow recruiting but like to know the guys we are targeting.
If his family is involved in the decision and he is not going to visit bama, how could he pick bama?
I mean, if I'm buying a car and the first one I test drive is just bad arse and I know I want it, I would move forward. If I wasn't sure if it was the right fit I would drive another one (before buying).

It would be quite bizarre and would go against the norm in recruiting BUT he has been to Bama already. Maybe he will go against his wishes with his mom. I doubt it though.
