Unrelated question, but when did On3 come about? This past year? I don't follow as closely as others, but I never really heard about any other services besides Rivals and 247 (and ESPN lol) before this year.

They released their first rankings in the fall but are still building out their staff and team sites

I believe Charles Power, one of 247’s best evaluators left and started On3. They are still building out their sites and local teams.

I never understood how that was going to happen when the guy had an actual NFL conference championship game to coach through. I believed there would be some Zoom calls but never thought for a second he would be in BR.
