nah, she walked out of her house while some young reporter was doing a piece on a flooded neighborhood. She wades out to him in the water, barefoot, and starts doing an interview. I don't think it was planned.

My dog is about to drive me crazy inside.....he is primarily an outside dog and he is damn nervous right now.....he does what yours is doing for about 10-20 minute intervals then he roams around like a bull in a china shop for about an hour......we've been out so he can piss about 20 times today.
