Good. Ready for the power outage. In the last 5 minutes, wind and rain has really picked up. Especially the gusts. I just ate a turkey sandwich. Watching weather channel.
My dogs are sleeping through this too. They won't go potty outside, though.

oh no. I think its worse than a thunderstorm but I sort of think the comparison was an attempt at hyperbole. Granted I just woke up but this thing hasn't been near the doomsday scenario it was made out to be anywhere but Grand Isle and I've called my people in Mandeville and friends in Metairie and LaPlace...

Well keep posting as you have power and keep us updated. My parents live in BR and it's very strange being away from them and watching from afar while a hurricane and it's eyewall is moving everso closer
