I truly can't imagine having a business, house, or anything of value that far south on LA 1 that I can't unass and get out of there in a hurry.....but I guess if thats where you always lived or worked.

The pics I have seen from our camp south of the bridge look pretty rough. The dock and cleaning station are gone.
