I'm evacuating in Fairhope right now!

In other slightly unrelated news...here is a picture of a boat fire in St. Bernard Parish sent to me by a firefighter friend.

I was talking about the hurricane, he was obviously talking about a tornado in Daphne.

The rain from this thing is gonna soak the ground so bad with it not moving that there are gonna be trees down EVERYWHERE.

She was talking about the high pressure ridge around Oklahome is blocking it from going on and getting the frick out of here. She also said when it starts to move more northward the bands would start getting into some of this "dry air" and hopefully weaken the storm quickly.

It has basically gone nowhere in the last 3 hours. The storm will eventually turn NW, its just a matter of when and how fast it will move. It will likely pass between Laffy and BR meaning BR will get the best of its remaining winds. Just depends on when this happens.

It's moved about 10 miles, made landfall no less than 3 times, and is now popping a squat off the coast and just chillaxing for a few.

Yes that sounds crazy but thats just what these fools on the weather channel are telling me. It's supposed to supposedly tracking northwest once it starts moving again... whenever that is going to be.

I thought looters started after the storm goes by, not during the thing... Early bird gets the Heineken.
