Gilmour gray commercial hose is the best I have used. I also have 3 black craftsmen rubber hoses, Had 4 but one ran into a lawn mower, They are nice but the Gilmour is easier to use.

Has anyone used any of these flexi/expandable hoses?

I bought this about 6 months ago and have been pleased so far. Has yet to kink and I beat the hell out of it.
Not wild about the bright "steel" color, but it stays hidden when not in use.

OK I can’t help with that. but I’ll share this tidbit of info - for those not happily with rubber hose washers that seem to leak regardless how much you tighten down the hose end connection and become hard and brittle over time and then begin to leak, switch to hose washers made from silicone - they are game changer - don’t leak nor do they become hard and brittle over time.
I purchased silicone hose washers from Amazon
and also a pack from Eley when I made another purchase of their hose products - Eley’s are made from a higher grade of synthetic rubber that they claim will remain pliable and seal for years LINK

The best ones I have are gray with a yellow stripe. Idk the brand.
I’ll add the ends do leak, needs a better barb and clamp. You can’t buy much that is made worth a shite anymore.

Hell of a bump I know...
I see in a few threads that people are pleased with their flexzilla hose. Anyone have an opinion on the 5/8 vs. 3/4 heavy duty? 5/8 is probably good enough for normal hose use I'd think for the price difference.

I bought a 100ft flex/expandable hose from Amazon for $28 and it came with an adjustable nozzle. Very happy with it after 1 year, has held up better than expected.
A lot easier to drag around and roll up

Another upvote for Eley. They are very expensive, but worth it IMO. Reels and hose. I have 3. I know, but that's one thing I don't have to worry about failing.
