Specifically looking for partial overlay concealed hinges. The box stores don't stock them and neither do the mom an pop Ace/True Values. Can someone recommend a specific place that would carry them? Thanks in advance.

Hardwaresource.com They are based out of California I think. Used them twice with no issues.

I had this same issue trying to find something. Found Davis Sales in BR that directed me to these hinges. Directly dealt with Jeff. They work really well without having to mortise into the door.

Google this number 2420.090.098 and you'll see the hinge.

What kind of hinges? Cabinet shop would be your best bet IMO. A more builder oriented place may have them, like Stines, Holmes, Picou, etc. Brazos sells a bunch of cabinet material, not sure if they carry hinges.

There’s a bunch of places in Houston. I ordered my hardware from either Rok or Richelieu.

I actually picked up some of those this afternoon. I have some nice Blum hinges that were supposed to arrive Wednesday but got delayed until next Thursday so these are my backups.
