I've given up on the neurotic pristine lawn stuff and just let the weeds grow. They all look green when you mow them anyway.

Instead, I bought a few houseplants. I don't have any actual pics of mine but what I've got so far is:

Philodendron birkin

Golden pothos

And an enormous monstera deliciosa I found at Whole Foods for like $20. It was so rootbound that the roots had started doing circles around the pot. This pic is a close size comparison

I will google the names of the plants I can find in Google:

Living room/dining room have a few snake plants and zz plants. Friend of ours who worked at BR Succulent hooked us up with a black zz plant that is regrowing and I can't wait for it to turn black again.

Kitchen window has a few small succulents, two of which are mini cacti. Pagoda village, tiger's jaw, ivory towers.

We keep a lot more outside now. Succulents, fiddle leaf figs, regular and swiss cheese monsteras, a palm plant. Pachyphyllum. Super Bum. Zebra plant.

We've got a couple hanging ivy plants that we're trying to super grow in the sun. Two ferns growing outside as well. Outside is currently going through some changes so we're just putting things in one area for now.

I have an African alocasia like yours. Completely lost leaves last year and I just put it in a pot and outside on the porch. I gave up on it even realizing they come back annually. It totally put off four new beautiful leaves and I’ve completely neglected it. Have yours gone thru dormant season yet?

That is pretty impressive. What is the plant with the big leaves along the brick wall if you don't mind me asking.
