Howdy,

I wash my house, roof, and driveway down a few times a year and have been buying 12.5% SH from Leslies Pool Supplies for the past few years. Its cheap enough ($8.00/gal), but I am about to wash my inlaws house down in Shreveport, then head back to BR to wash my parents house too.

I found Veteran Preaux Wash in Gonzales that sells 12.5% for $2.75/gal, but wanted to see if anyone had anyone else in the area that sells it for cheaper or closer to Denham Springs?

Veteran Preaux Wash dumps into bulk containers, which I have, so thats not an issue with them nor any other company either.

Thanks!

Pinch a Penny is about the same price. I'd love to find it cheaper as well.

Why don’t you just say “Bleach 12.5%”?

The softwash industry calls it SH. Seems like if I am asking people inside the industry a question, I would use their terms.

Thanks for your help.

They call it that because people are stupid and don't know it is bleach. Asymmetrical knowledge is the goal.

Brenntag could possibly sell you 250 gal totes or 55 gal drums. For true bulk, they load from actual producers and deliver direct to end purchaser.

SH, bleach, Chlorox, whatever, solutions have a shelf life of a year. Be careful about deep discounts. It might be old stuff. Fresh SH solution has a slight blue/green color that fades away as chlorine outgases. The powder SH is dangerous stuff. The solutions are not friendly either.

Delta Marine in Slidell. Was paying $135 for a 55 gallon drum for 12.5 to 15% about 3 years ago.
