I prefer the locally owned D A Exterminating Co Inc for my termites. I do my own pest spraying.

We've used DA Exterminators since we moved to Covington 8 years ago. They installed our Sentricon bait system last year, have had no problem so far.

This. Ask for free installation. They do it for the relative ease of yearly monitoring. Mine is $300/year for maybe 30 min of work.
No issues with Sentricon bait station effectiveness and the far end of my backyard is swampland.
