Showed up in neighbor's front yard. It's a bad angle. It's not a vine but is rather six to twelve inches high. and it's popping up quickly.

It’s some type of Bushkiller. Pulling it will not work. Spray with Roundup. It’s also likely coming from somewhere else so check around for more, especially on trees or other brush. If let go it will take over trees and shade them out.
There’a some around my place from the house next to me… I just sprayed some yesterday and it’s starting to die off. I’ve had it pop up in my grass as well.

Take it out now. As some have said that shite will take over in a hurry and the root system is unreal. It gets unmanageable

Poison ivy generally looks like a hand if you have your fingers together, right?

What is best spray to use?

I use Cut Vine and Stump Killer. Clip the plant and drop some of it on the cut and it will get down to the roots that running all over. Stay on top of it and you can get it under control.

One house I bought had this all over the fences. When I started pulling, I was getting rope-like roots running all across the yard.

Found them up in trees. Pulled them all down. Then sprayed the hell out of the area. Thanks

Neither photo looks like Bushkiller. I think Pepper Vine is correct, similar to Poison Ivy so be careful not to touch. Cut the stem/stalk and brush or spray some RoundUp on it.
Bushkiller is a bitch. Nothing available to the public really kills it and it spreads like crazy. Been fighting it since I moved into my house last year.

Definitely peppervine. I hate it! This has been asked before and the recommended remedy was Triclopyr applied to the cambrian layer (green ring just under the outer bark) of a fresh cut. This is the only way to get to the root system.
