They are fed from a GFI inside the house then

That’s because jacuzzis normally say to use a dedicated circuit so they can’t put a GFI behind a wall. Contractors don’t normally put GFI breakers in the panel unless they absolutely have to. They cost over $30.00 per breaker

Check the GFCI under your kitchen sink that your disposal is connected to.

Any electrician who puts a GFCI under a sink should have his nuts covered in honey and sat on a red ant hill.
And the OP needs to find that missing GFCI. And then, he needs to get an electrician to run a dedicated non-gfci circuit for his deep freezer.

I had a similar situation. Thought I checked all outlets on circuit but missed a random outlet that was on the exterior of the same wall as others in the circuit.

When all of my outside outlets quit working, I was told there would be a GFCI outlet inside our garage to look for and sure enough; once that was reset...all outlets worked. I would check your garage outlets again for a GFCI plug.
