Enjoy watching them on TOH.

I think Tom is the best all around carpenter but Norm is better at woodworking.

If I want a piece of furniture made, I'm calling Nauwwm. If I've got a major structural problem on my house, I'm calling Tauwwmy.

Watched it this morning. I miss Roger on the show.

I would agree, Tom is better all around but Norm is the best woodworker. If you look closely at that Dutch door they did, the door didn’t 100% match up with the width when they reinstalled. Norm wouldn’t have let that fly.

I really hope they don't phase out the blue collar craftsmen for some skinny jean wearing engineers who probably have never turned a wrench.

They already are starting. Look at the tech guy they have now.

Yeah, it's going to be this old hipster, limp wristed diversity house before long.

I'm not sure about this. Norm's background is construction and he started out owning his own construction company, he got his spot on New Yankee Workshop because he was building a workshop for the shows producer. I would give the nod to Norm, but both are outstanding.

As a woodworker, I have a to pick Norm. I still YouTube his stuff from time to time. I remember watching The New Yankee Workshop all the time as a kid before I even had any interest in woodworking.

Already have. Plumber guy Richard Trethewey's sons are on Ask TOH with all of their smart house technology. I doubt either of those guys have ever overhauled a 100 yr old septic system.
