Thoughts on which to go with any why? I like the nest system but the individual sensors are $50 each. Will be pretty expensive to cover all the doors and windows

I've had Simplisafe since 2016 and I haven't had any complaints...I upgraded to their new system a couple months ago and the new sensors seem more reliable (the old ones would go offline every so often and I would have to pull the battery on them).....the new app design is pretty good too.

I've never had any false alarms.

The Nest system is awful. Have had it for a year and stopped using it because it was so buggy. Would constantly disconnect and reboot. The cameras have been great though.

Simplisafe’s sensors go offline sometimes? That makes me glad I didn’t pull the trigger on them recently.

Have nest everything, works like a charm and easy to use.

I’ve had SimpliSafe for several years now and have never had an issue with sensors going offline (at least that I’m aware of).

The old system I had one window sensor that did....it was probably a bad unit that I just never sent back....I got a text anytime it went offline which was like 2-3 times the whole 3 years I had it.

I've had 0 issues with the simplisafe 3 system that I upgraded to a few months ago.....also simplisafe's cameras are damn good for the money.
