If necessary use a little vinyl filler or bondo.

glass prices have gone way up......check the repair price versus new.

Relief windows just completed replacing all the windows in my house and the price was $800 ish per windows

I’m a big fan of repair.

But you have to address the issue of why it’s rotting. Changes are condensation is happening because that vent.
