Looking for some contractor recommendations. Already have it drawn up. 25 x 15 stand alone structure with an island.

Been trying to get quotes on patio cover and outdoor kitchen. Definitely not happening anytime soon. Quotes are outrageous

i wanna do like a 20x18 extension off my back patio somehow. I legit have zero idea what to expect. Its very discouraging trying to find good contractors and know that they aren't making damn near 30-40% profit off your arse.

Custom Outdoor Concepts. Owner lives in Greenleaves. He has a few crews that cycle. They’re always on time, good communicators and clean up well after themselves everyday.

If you want blaze equipment, look up what you want and take it to ace hardware on Robert road in slidell. Friend did this and the owner beat all the bbq guys prices and saved him several thousand dollars. He bought a bunch of equipment though. Worth a call.

I used Custom Outdoor Concepts for my outdoor kitchen / patio area. They finished product was good, but, i had to stay on him every step of the way and had to force him to correct shoddy work that he was trying to pass off as quality. For example the pavers they put down were not even and lines were not straight. After fighting with them they re did it. Other issues like that, where he tried to pass of bad work.
Owner would show up after any big part was done and try to get payment even before it was done right, would try and ask for advance payments not agreed upon in the contract etc. Only thing i could count on was him showing up looking for money. If i needed anything from him it was a few phone calls and him arguing that it was fine work.
Using them was not worth the hassle.

guy named Jason Fitzsimons built ours and a few others in our neighborhood. Souther Works is the name of his biz. We were satisfied.
