For those of you that have had to purchase blinds, how did you save money? I’m going to install myself, but I don’t know the first place to start when shopping these things out. Any help is appreciated.

We built a new house last year. Not a single set of the devils creation known as blinds have been installed.

Just nice curtains.

Seriously. Life is so much better without blinds. Just do it.

Lowe’s was pretty good

I picked out the blinds and they came to measure then installed them. A woman installed mine.

I’m all about that life. However, Mrs Hop wants blinds. I’m sure we’ll compromise and get blinds.

Get cheap-ish blinds from Home Depot. I think the most expensive ones I got were $38 for cordless. Granted, I've got standard size windows and dgaf if they're not perfect. They're used to block the damn sun and peeping Toms

Better quality than the big box stores, and they cost a lot less. Look for a coupon code

We get this same thread 2 or 3 times per month.
Blindster.com has a decent sale right now but you can also try the code Rush anytime for a good discount, too.
I've done my entire house now with their products.

My apologies. I don’t venture over here that often. Thanks.
