Need some garage/outside kitchen help and layout

I have a weird house layout. My house faces the water, with a road in between the house/dock. I also own the lot behind my house.
Trying to figure out what I should do with my garage. We don't use it for parking our cars. Right now it's a gym. The gym will be moved to the poolhouse when it is built.
I'd like to have an outside kitchen in between the garage and the second lot.
Any cool ideas I can do with the garage? We will need to walk through the garage to reach the back lot / outdoor kitchen / pool / poolhouse.
Also, should we use travertine for the walkway / outdoor area around the pool and whatnot?

Sell the whole thing and start over. That layout looks like a nightmare.

You know how much I'd have to spend to buy another three story house on the water in Tampa? I got a steal and it's 2% interest. I own about an acre now.

this looks like a job for a landscape architect. Cool layout I like it.

Put an inground cooking area to have a swim up bar in the pool closet to garage

If you don't need the garage, get rid of it. Open up the garage and turn it into the outdoor cooking area, totally blow out the the wall between garage and new pool. Probably will need a couple of posts but should be able to remove 90% of the walls. Extend garage roof towards pool if you want more covered area
