Need New Garage door opener recommendations

In a nutshell, my Craftsman 3/4 hp chain driven garage opener stopped working this am. (Manufactured in 2006) So its time for a new one. Any recommendations on a new one? I’m wanted a pain-free replacement installation process if possible.

I swapped mine out for a Chamberlain 3/4hp maybe. Took me about 30 mins. Happy with it.

Same. Much quieter than the Chamberlain 1/2 hp it replaced even though both are belt drives

Genie belt driven opener. So much quieter and doesn’t get the dog riled up.

I’m considering the wall mount opener for our garage, but haven’t pulled the trigger on it. Our doors are low and the track is awfully close to our vehicles. Have you looked into those?

We basically use our garage to enter and exit the house. Hardly ever use the front door. I need one I can buy Friday and install Saturday. I would have to add a power outlet to install. Looks like they are double in price and I would have to special order it. I like the concept and the clean look, but I will stick to the traditional style this time around. I’m sure I won’t get 17 yrs out of this new one.

We have the side Mount and it’s oh so quiet. Love it.
You may have to change the pile your spring is on, though. It needs to extend far enough to go into the opener.

I put two Chamberlain WiFi openers on ours, and like being able to monitor/control it from my phone. You get alerts each time the door is opened or closed, and you can close it remotely if it is left open. Also family members can open it from their phone, which is nice. Teenager gets dropped off after practice and can open either door from her phone to get in.

my overhead door one is WAY quiter than the one i had at my old house. But if i had to get another one id look at the ones that mount on the side of the door to get the opener and the chair off the ceiling.

I've never seen or heard of these before but I'm intrigued. Anyone have a link for them? Are they a lot more expensive and/or quieter?
Also, wondering how much it is to convert from an overhead style to this type.
Thanks all.
